Case Study: Automating Inquiries with AI for Elkov
ARTIN developed the OfferMate system for Elkov, a distributor of electrical components, which extracts product information from inquiries in PDF files, screenshots, and plain-text emails and matches it to a database of more than 250,000 items. It automatically processes standard inquiries in 80 to 90 percent of cases.
Case Study: A Secure Portal for AI-Based Drug Analysis for AI|ffinity
For AI|ffinity, we developed a secure web portal in four weeks that allows pharmaceutical customers to upload protein data, run AI analyses on remote servers, and download the results. The project ran from November through December 2024, including the Christmas season.
