What Our Collaboration Will Look Like
You know what’s going on at all times, without it being a burden to you in any way. You make all the decisions based on the information we regularly provide you. Proactively and without any pressure.
ANALYSIS
We start by defining what you want to achieve. We’ll walk you through your requirements, processes, and the data you have available. Sometimes we’ll conclude that AI isn’t the best solution—and we’ll tell you that straight up.
ARCHITECTURE DESIGN
We’ll design how the solution will be built, what technologies it will run on, and where AI truly makes sense. You’ll know in advance the scope, price, deadline, and the names of the Artiňáci who will be working on the project.
PROOF OF CONCEPT (POC)
Before we begin developing the entire project, we’ll test the idea using your actual data. Within a few weeks, you’ll see if the solution works, and only then will you decide whether to proceed.
DELIVERY
We work in shorter iterations, and after each one, you’ll see the completed work and how much remains to be done. You’ll receive a report from us every week. No changes to the budget or deadline will be made without your approval.
HANDOVER
You’ll receive the source code, documentation, and a trained team. The project is entirely yours, and you can continue working on it on your own.
SLA AND DEVELOPMENT
We’ll be there for you for as long as you need us. We’ll tailor our support to your needs and train new team members as they join. We’ve been managing critical systems for some clients for over 10 years.

We can join an ongoing project and deliver only the portion specified in the assignment. We manage our part of the project independently. We need the assignment details, regular check-ins, and a deadline from you.
