For HCL Technologies and its telecommunications client, we are developing an online billing system capable of processing up to 30,000 transactions per second for 10 million subscribers. Over the course of our 20-year partnership, we have delivered 9 versions—always on time, within budget, and without a single critical error.
Nine versions without critical bugs
The online billing system cannot go down, because any outage would affect services for millions of people. HCL needed a partner capable of handling extreme workloads, a fixed price and deadline, and telecommunications standards, including ISO 27001. In addition to the DARE engine, we developed a gateway for device registration that supports Apple Watch Multi-SIM, 5G upgrades, and migration to Kubernetes. The customer issues requests for proposals on a regular basis, and ARTIN wins them every time.
