What Will Be Your Job
PHP backend (Nette, Symfony) and its long-term development
React frontend (JS/TS/CSS) where it's needed
internal AI and DX tooling: skills, workflows, specs, evals, benchmarks
AI features, things like improving text, generating images, or working with MCP
designing and tuning prompts, and checking whether they actually work
who we´re looking for
You know Nette and Symfony at a very high level. We won't train you up on this, it's what we build on.
You've done agentic development, ideally something you can show us
Experience building MCP servers is a plus
Experience with AI benchmarking, evaluation, and prompt tuning is a plus
Having built your own agents or AI solutions before is a plus
Familiarity with tools like LiteLLM, Windmill or N8N, Harbor, LangChain, or LangGraph is a plus

We use AI tools daily, all in (Claude, Codex, opencode with our own models)
You work independently and aren't afraid to decide fast
You like asking questions and starting your own PoC or prototype
You don't get attached to the code you write, plenty of it will get rewritten or thrown out
You care about how things work under the hood, and want to check the real impact, not just whether it runs
