Internal Whistleblowing System
According to the Whistleblower Protection Act, the company ARTIN, spol. s r.o., Business ID: 255 31 115, headquartered in Brno, Purkyňova 670/142, ZIP Code 612 00, is obligated to maintain an internal whistleblowing system.
If you are a witness to an incident or wish to report a matter that involves, for example:
A criminal offense
Violation of legal obligations under the Income Tax Act for legal entities
Consumer protection violations
Personal data or privacy breaches
Violations of environmental protection rules
Corruption or any actions that endanger human health, the environment, or involve undesirable workplace conduct,
and for some reason, you do not want or cannot use our conventional channels, you have the option to make a report through the relevant person, Aneta Fikarová. You can send the report to the respective person using the form available on this internal Notion page, to the email address aneta.fikarova@artin.eu, or by mail to the address Purkyňova 670/142, Brno-Medlánky, 621 00, Czech Republic. Additionally, you can make a report verbally by calling the relevant person at +420 606 271 457, or arrange a personal meeting for this purpose. You can also report the matter to the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic.
Only the relevant person who meets the legal requirements will have access to the information in your report and will handle your report further. Your anonymity will be preserved towards everyone else. No retaliatory measures will be taken against you as a result of your report.
The relevant person will inform you of the acceptance of your report within 7 days of receiving it.
Please note that we do not accept reports from individuals who are not in an employment relationship with us, do not volunteer for us, or are not on an internship or practical training with us.
Please use this form to report genuinely serious information, especially if you feel endangered by a non-anonymous report. Do not use it for amusement or curiosity, as it would place an administrative and psychological burden on the designated person. Thank you very much.
After the acceptance of the report:
The designated person will inform the whistleblower of the acceptance of the report within seven days.
The designated person will establish an independent group to investigate the reported matter and propose a solution (the whistleblower remains anonymous).
The designated person is obliged to inform the whistleblower of the method of resolution within 30 days of receiving the report.
The designated person will keep all reports and their resolutions in electronic form (a private page on Notion) for five years.
