IT Infrastructure Specialist

We are looking for a reliable and independent IT Infrastructuer Specialist to join the team responsible for the stable operation of ARTIN’s entire company infrastructure — someone eager to build a modern IT environment and be a strong support for colleagues across the company.
What Will Be Your Job
Managing and developing the internal IT infrastructure with a focus on modernization and security.
Maintaining a hybrid environment that includes VMware, Linux, and Windows servers combined with cloud services – Microsoft 365 and Google Cloud.
Administering servers, storage arrays, network devices, and end-user equipment.
Automating repetitive tasks – anything that makes sense to streamline.
Keeping records and managing licenses, maintaining documentation, and performing basic asset management.
Monitoring the infrastructure using tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, and Wazuh.
Developing IT security in line with the ISO 27001 standard.
Communicating with colleagues and external partners, handling requests in Jira, and supporting colleagues as needed.
Your work will be primarily focused on infrastructure development (approx. 80%), with the remainder dedicated to user support – account management, access rights administration, and ad hoc operational assistance.
What We Expect of You
At least 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure. We’re looking for someone who has hands-on experience with technologies and understands how they work.
A broad skill set – we’re not seeking narrow specialization but versatility and a willingness to learn.
Confidence in administering both Windows and especially Linux environments.
Experience with virtualization – e.g., VMware, Proxmox, or another platform.
Familiarity with concepts like DHCP, DNS, FW, NAT, VPN, or VLAN.
Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 environment.
Advantageous: experience with DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Ansible.
A proactive and responsible approach – you take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion.
Willingness to learn new things, find solutions, and grow. This role is not about sitting back – we’re looking for someone who takes initiative.
Communication skills – you’re not afraid to talk to people, understand their needs, and handle requests effectively.
Flexibility – sometimes you’ll need to lend a hand where it’s needed most.
Willingness to be on-site 3–4 days a week (especially at the start); Fridays can be worked from home.
why work with us
You’ll have room to create and implement your ideas.
We work as a small, close-knit team – we communicate directly, share know-how, and support each other.
Your work will have a real impact – from stable operations to long-term IT infrastructure development.
Opportunities for growth – you’ll start by managing the internal environment, with the possibility of later working on our customers’ infrastructure.
A varied role – from administration to security to project development.
