PHP and AI Developer

You code in PHP, but for the past year you’ve been more interested in what can be built with LLMs and agents? We’re looking for a developer who can handle both: a solid backend in Nette and Symfony, and a passion for building AI tools. You’ll be working in a small team where we experiment a lot and make quick decisions.

What are you going to do?

  • Backend in PHP (Nette, Symfony) and its long-term development

  • Frontend in React (JS/TS/CSS) as needed

  • Internal AI and DX tooling: skills, workflows, specs, evaluations, benchmarks

  • AI features, such as text enhancement, image generation, or working with MCP

  • Designing and fine-tuning prompts and verifying that they actually work

That caught my attention

  • You have a very good command of Nette and Symfony. We don't provide training in these areas here—we rely on your existing skills.

  • You have experience in agency development—ideally something you can show us

  • Experience with MCP development is a plus

  • AI benchmarking, evaluation, and prompt tuning are a plus

  • It’s a plus if you’ve already built your own agents or AI solutions

  • Knowledge of tools such as LiteLLM, Windmill, N8N, Harbor, LangChain, or LangGraph is a plus
