We're building something special—a cloud-based enterprise print solution that's changing how global businesses handle their printing needs. As part of our six-person team, you'll have the freedom to shape both the product and your role within it. We work in two-week sprints using LeSS framework, giving you the autonomy to choose your tasks from a single backlog.
What Will Be Your Job
You'll be deep in the trenches of our diverse tech stack, switching between Scala, .NET, and Java on the backend, and JavaScript for frontend work. But it's not just about coding—you'll be:
Architecting and implementing cloud solutions using AWS
Contributing to our DevOps practices
Participating in daily scrums and sprint planning
Collaborating with a wider network of 100+ developers
Learning and implementing new technologies like Akka and Docker
Making decisions that directly impact product development
What We Expect of You
Strong foundation in Java/Scala and JavaScript/Svelte (don't worry if you're not an expert in all—we value your willingness to learn)
Comfort with cloud technologies (AWS experience is a plus)
Clean code mindset and fearless approach to refactoring
Self-management skills and ability to drive team initiatives
Good English communication skills
Genuine curiosity about new technologies
Team-first attitude
