Hello! 👋 We are ARTIN, a medium-sized IT company that develops custom software. Our clients come from various industries – from IT and energy to telecommunications.
Our HR team acts as a partner across ARTIN, supporting both development and administrative teams – each of us is responsible for several teams.
What does our role at ARTIN look like?
Close partnership with project managers – we are partners for both people and project leaders. We assist them with their current project needs, whether it’s recruitment, development, employee satisfaction, or improving collaboration.
End-to-end recruitment – we handle recruitment from start to finish, looking for various roles (IT positions like developers, testers, analysts, as well as HR and back-office roles).
Taking care of Artinians – we support people in the teams/projects we oversee. This includes tasks like contract preparation, feedback, contributing to their development, and regular check-ins about their satisfaction.
Onboarding and offboarding – ensuring smooth onboarding for newcomers and seamless offboarding for those leaving, including necessary admin tasks.
Organizing events – our team organizes company breakfasts, team-building activities, and other events.
What do you need for this role?
Experience in IT recruitment – it’s a must.
Empathy, a friendly attitude, and the willingness to grow yourself and others.
Basic knowledge of HR and work processes.
English proficiency – while we mainly communicate in Czech, some clients speak English, and we aim to expand further abroad.
Physical presence 2–3 times a week in our offices in Brno or Prague – we are remote-friendly, but as HR, we expect you to help foster our culture and relationships, which is easier to do in person.
