We're searching for a tech-savvy professional who understands both the code and the business side of software development. You'll be joining us at an exciting time as we're reshaping our acquisition strategy, focusing particularly on software companies and manufacturing sector. So it will be a chance for you to bring your perspective and ideas.
If you enjoy challenges and are used to finding creative solutions, you’ll feel right at home with us! You won’t be alone, though—you can count on support from our Head of Sales, Martina Pokorná, and the sales and marketing teams.
What Will Be Your Job
You'll be the bridge between our development teams and clients who need custom software solutions. Your day-to-day will involve:
Hunting for opportunities in tech companies and manufacturing sectors
Building relationships with CTOs and IT heads who speak your language
Working with our delivery team to craft solutions that actually solve problems
Following up with newly funded tech companies (we keep an eye on CzechCrunch)
Connecting with former Artinians who might open doors to new opportunities
What We Expect of You
Tech background that helps you understand what we do (we're looking for someone who can talk APIs, not just ABC)
Business mindset or eagerness to develop one
English proficiency for international communication
Ability to explain complex tech concepts in simple terms
Experience in software development, project management, or similar technical role
Understanding of digital transformation and modernization trends, especially in manufacturing
Bonus Points If You
Enjoy getting into pricing discussions with clients
Have custom software development experience
Know your way around JIRA
Have worked on international projects
Hold PRINCE2 or PRINCE2-agile certification
